One of Jennifer’s true strength stems from her dynamic work background. Having served as both a Veterinary Assistant and Practice Manager herself, she brings a unique perspective to consulting. From staffing and payroll to marketing and project management, she understands the unique challenges and obstacles modern veterinary practices face. She prides herself on an ability to assess each practice’s individual needs while fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, and compassion. Jennifer has found her passion in helping others unlock their full potential. With her no-nonsense approach and contagious passion for the veterinary industry, she’s in the business of providing solutions, not excuses.

Ash Chapters

Ash is an administrative and practice management professional providing support in the veterinary medicine field. As a Fear-Free Certified Veterinary Professional with over eight years of experience in veterinary offices, they are passionate about helping people and pets live their best possible lives. Ash’s approach to their role is to be the best possible support person to veterinary professionals, in order to help expedite the important work they do. Ash holds a strong work/life balance as well as a strong prioritization on mental health, and enjoys the opportunity to advocate for her team members in those areas.

Ash brings a variety of skills into her job from a diverse professional background. They have sold art supplies, slung espresso, done special FX makeup, and worked in a machine shop. As a lifelong animal lover, Ash applied for a job as a veterinary receptionist and found she truly thrived in that environment. Ash’s love for veterinary medicine and how it can change the lives of pets and their people motivates her to not only bring an exceptional skillset, but also to provide pets and their humans with exceptional care and understanding.

When they are not in the office, Ash can be found spending time with their partner and son as well as their three cats! They love exploring new cities and - of course - petting every dog they meet.
